the Chair Holder of this UNESCO Chair, participated in the second day of “For Mediterranean Diet – The International Agora of the Mediterranean Diet”, an OnFoods conference, which explores the various dimensions of the Mediterranean diet as UNESCO intangible heritage of humanity.
The event was promoted by the UNESCO Chair “Health Education and Sustainable Development”, based at the University of Naples “Federico II” and directed by Annamaria Colao.
In the Monumental Complex of Saints Marcellinus and Phaistos in Naples, the principles, effects, value and the role in the ecological transition were discussed, all moderated by Annamaria Colao, concluding remarks by Councilor Valeria Fascione.
