“The Mediterranean Diet: From Theory to Practice” co-organized by the UNESCO Chair of Salerno
Traditional medicine and sustainable, regenerative, circular, seasonal, and local agri-food systems of the Mediterranean, medicinal plants, and food plants will be discussed at the Department of Pharmacy on Thursday, November 16, in collaboration with Ristolab Srl, a Campania-based startup aimed at enhancing the biocultural heritage of Cilento.
In 2023, the startup participated in the World Food Forum in Rome, the Sustainability Expo in Bangkok, and various events within the Campanian AgriFood Tech sector.
