On December 11st 2021, the book “Il Metodo Cilento” (The Cilento Way of Life) by Luciano Pignataro, reporter and famous gastronome, was presented at Mangrella Auditorium in the Monumental Complex “San Francesco”, Eboli.
Rita Patrizia Aquino, chair holder of the UNESCO Chair “Plants for Health in the Mediterranean Traditions”, Daniela Palma, headmaster of high School IIS “Enzo Ferrari”, Maurizio Somma owner of the restaurant “Il Papavero”, Carmine Papace e Alfonso Esposito, leader of producer organizations Terramare and TerraOrti, contributed to the discussion with the author.
