July 17th 2022 UNESCO Chair Salerno at “ Scent of Herb … Day”- Mattie Frazione Combe 33, Torino, Italy

“Scent of Herb … Day” will be take place on July 17^th 2022, at the organic farm Il Brusafer – Mattie Frazione Combe 33, Torino– Italy.

The psycologist andethnopharmacologist, Tania Re, and the naturopath, Katia Cazzadore, will co-ordinate the day, comprising guided Walks, Olfactory path, Lab of distillation, Lab of saponification, News and Tales on the plants and essential oils between hystory and legend. Particular emphasis will be medicinal and ritualistic uses of the plant in a sustainable and environmentally responsible perspective. Enjoy your “Scent of Herb …day”.
